Thank you for taking on our project. Most companies would not take a job where so many requirements were specific and "out of the ordinary". Your flexibility allowed us to complete the entire project exactly as we wanted it. The stone you fabricated was beautiful, and exactly as we had discussed. You installation crew was outstanding. Their attention to the small details is not something you find in most installers today. Their work is perfect, and I believe I can speak from experience; as another company installed a fireplace in our kitchen two years ago. Your recent installation is far and away superior to our older fireplace. I may even consider having you come back to re-do the kitchen! I would also like to let you know that there isn't a single trace of evidence that your crew was ever in our home. There are no marks on the walls, not a single drop of splattered concrete, and no dust, rock chips, or anything else to be found. They took great care to protect our wood floors, isolate the area from the rest of the house, and protect existing construction. This experience was truly a pleasure, and we will enjoy the results for a very long time.
