Customer Testimonial (Fireplace)

Hi Alan,

I hope you like the pictures included with this letter. I will try to get some more that really show the beauty of the fireplace, day and night. The family room is finally done! I want to thank you for coming out to see John and I, I know that it was quite a drive for you. I was so happy, not only with your product, which was the best faux stone I have seen (and believe me we looked at TONS of stone), but also with your sales style. You were so helpful and thorough in showing us all of our options. You even opened up new ideas that we had not considered yet, which led to us getting an even more beautiful look than we ever envisioned. I have worked with a number of people trying to “help” me achieve the look “I” want in my home, but none were as open to hearing what I actually wanted. I truly appreciated that.

You may not realize it but you saved us from disaster when you came out to see us. Fortunately for us, some tradesmen were honest and said up front that they couldn’t handle a job like this, or give us the result we wanted. We had finally lined up someone to handle the job that just wasn’t qualified, period. I was delighted to watch your talented gentlemen work with such confidence and skill (through the screen they set up to protect the house from dust- we looked like kids at a peep show). They truly have an artist’s eye for balancing color, shape, and stone size to produce a very pleasing balance of the three. I must add that in addition to their talent, the work was done in such a clean and well contained way that one couldn’t tell we’d done anything to the house, as soon as they were gone.

In addition to almost using the wrong craftsmen for the job, the stone we were going to get from Home Depot couldn’t compare with your custom made stone, not even close. The colors were limited, the styles were limited, and nothing looked REAL. We have gotten so many compliments on the room. The custom color that you worked out from the samples that we showed you, turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. It makes the fireplace, as the focal point of the room, really bring together all the work that we’ve spent so much time and energy on. I just can’t thank you enough.
